Krid Suwanwalaikorn is an Executive Coach and Business Trainer with Hansen Beck Southeast Asia. 

Drawing on almost two decades across retail, banking, and EdTech, he helps leaders unlock potential, strengthen teams, and translate performance goals into everyday habits. 

His meticulous approach blends practical tools and experiential learning. Not afraid of challenging the status quo, he focuses on performance management, team development, growth mindset, and authentic leadership. 

Starting in L&D and advancing through people-partner roles, Krid designs training that is simple, actionable, and measurable. He brings leadership experience and coaching certifications, partnering with organisations to build capability, confidence, and results that last.

Tracy

Tracy is a certified Hansen Beck trainer who helps leaders and sales teams turn potential into performance. 

Beginning in L&D with a global training firm, she rose to Leadership Program Manager and accumulated 1,000+ coaching hours. She is well regarded and trusted for her preparation, empathy, and energy. 

With 20+ years of multicultural B2B/B2C sales experience, she pairs real commercial know-how with human-centred development. As founder and Managing Director of a boutique real estate brokerage, she is recognised for integrity and results in Thailand. 

Tracy delivers bilingual programs in sales, leadership, negotiation, change, and confident communication, creating practical momentum and lasting growth. 

Vodka

Worawut Phanna is a versatile business developer and learning professional at Hansen Beck Southeast Asia, connecting commercial strategy to human potential. 

As a BD specialist, he aligns stakeholders, clarifies goals, and builds simple, repeatable habits that turn plans into pipeline and long-term partnerships. 

His cross-industry background spans Thai and regional markets, with strengths in leadership, stakeholder engagement, assessment tools, and intercultural communication. 

Known for a friendly, hands-on style, he listens, follows through, and measures what matters, so teams move faster, relationships deepen, and growth is sustainable. 

He is also experienced with Insight Discovery and MBTI.

Ann

Ann is the Administration & Project Manager at Hansen Beck Southeast Asia, keeping programs smooth from start to end. 

She brings a rare mix of precision and warmth shaped by a BA in English Language & Literature and a Master’s in Human Capital & Organisation Management, plus hands-on experience across publishing, media, and higher education at a leading Thai medical school. 

At Hansen Beck, Ann coordinates timelines, vendors, venues, and budgets; translates complex needs into clear plans; and supports trainers and clients with calm, friendly communication. 

Her guiding belief: learning is lifelong. Every step teaches something, and consistent effort reveals where people can truly excel.

Singapore-based Kevin Cordeiro is a qualified Hansen Beck trainer and associate for Southeast Asia. 

He brings two decades of commercial leadership across high-tech and IT, translating strategy into the everyday sales behaviours that build trust, pipeline and sustainable growth. 

His experience spans regional sales, program management and leadership, working with partners across multiple countries. 

At Hansen Beck, Kevin delivers functional and behavioural sales-excellence training, providing his participants with a clear structure, practical tools and disciplined follow-through that teams can apply immediately.
